Charlie DODs (PS4) Band of Brothers - Introduction
Welcome to the Charlie Clan. Here at the PS4 camp fire, we are in alliance with Dads Of Destiny and follow the DOD’s code of conduct. Even though we are non-competitive with other DOD clans, we are proud to fly the Charlie flag as Guardians.
Clan Charlie is all about having fun while having each other’s backs.
In the campaign, our fireteams understand that if a Dad needs to bail out for operation nappy change, then so be it.
In the crucible, the k/d ratio is not as important as Guardians with various starting levels coming together and growing stronger as a clan.
If we need a weekly Raiding team, this is where the Guardians who have the time will band together and discover the secrets and rewards.
We are a clan who understands that family and life comes first and we find our escapism together in Destiny, no matter where in the world we are.
We don’t spam our forum with trolling, fanboy posts or recruiting for other clans.
The Charlie DODs is all about fun, team spirit and support, in game and in life.
You know what they say ‘That diaper/nappy might have my baby’s bottom, but Charlie has my back’!

1 ReplyHello all, i am moving over from PS3 with my recent purchase of the Destiny PS4 Bundle Taken King. I've only played vanilla Destiny so i have all expansions + Year 2 content to play through. I'm a father of 2, so Real life occasionally gets in the way, but i very much love playing destiny and look forward to helping others as well as meeting some good laid back gamers online to enjoy some PVE with. I have a friend who has played a long time and has not looked into a clan and would also like to join up with a good team. I plan on setting the clan tag as part of my character in destiny and adding a number of the DoD clan to my friends list if admitted. I'm a half-American half-English ex-pat living in Amsterdam. I just finished my PhD last year and am working at a small, 4 person tech startup at the moment. Most importantly, I'm a new father, to a beautiful (duh?) 6 month old girl. As it is for most of you, Destiny is my escape/relaxation method of choice. ;) I just joined up, and I'm mainly looking for fun, chill people to game with. I've run the majority of the game's content solo, and have a group of friends that I occasionally play with, but our schedules don't often align, as they don't have kids. I have 2 Hunters that share my level 29 gear (just missing the raid chest on head), and a level 19 titan that has a bunch of legendary/exotic gear he will soon be able to use. :) Feel free to add me on PSN, my tag is DrBitstein. I'm usually online 3-4 nights a week, generally after midnight (GMT+1) when my wife/daughter are sleeping. I'm willing to help anyone run their content, particularly dailies/weeklies/nightfalls. I'll also be looking for groups to run the raid on normal, though I'd be more than happy to give hard mode a go if anyone will have me. ;) Hope to see you online soon, fighting against that pesky darkness!

I also tried to join the clan but it said the group was closed. I have never played online until Destiny. I've been running solo so far all the way to level 26. I was told that this was a group to join.
