Be sure to get up every couple of hours to do some stretching for about ten minutes to keep the blood circulating properly in your body and to try to prevent blood clots!! No joke on this. The body doesn't do well when it's immobile for long period of time!

I don't do many athletic type activities, except for Tae Kwon Do, but the reason I do it is because I have a desk job, and when I get home I'm either working on my laptop or playing games mostly. I keep staying in great shape a priority because I don't want my other activities putting my body in trouble down the road or cause injury to myself. True story: Before I started taking Tae Kwon Do, I was lifting regular furniture and I pulled my back muscle. Keep a regular activity that works you out hard guys, even if its 2-3 times a week. Your body will thank you, and you can game more effectively for a longer period of time! Edit: Also, staying in shape helps you in "other" activities as well ;)
