If you can, can't you technically go at midnight or 12 in the day since that would be a time everyone has? Not sure y we r discussing time zone difference I originally thought this post was going to be about the wait in general & thought to myself (Might as well see all the fuss)

In store isn't the issue you can get it at bestbuy , gamestop, or wherever at midnight local. If your in the us and preordered digital from PSN everyone gets it at midnight PST so folks on the east cost can't play till 3am for them
