I'd rather have them focus on more important aspects of the game.

They already have finished the game, this is a fairly important aspect of the game for many people with friends.

They're still working on DLC, and I'd rather have them focus on that. And my friends have Xbox live.

So what if you have all your friends on Xbox live? What if I say, I have a PS4, so they should focus on making more of the exclusive content for PS? They've finished the base game, so I think split screen is a far better feature than a paid expansion.

It doesn't necessarily mean they [i]would[/i], but you can want it all you want. If they add split screen, fine, I don't care, I just think their time would be better spent elsewhere on expansions and fixing whatever bugs pop up after release.
