Seems like a pretty cool idea. I'm not going to hurt my brain too much right now to think of how it would work perfectly, but I think having a Rogue AI Guardian as a Public Event might be kind of cool.
I'm not so sure about allowing [i]players[/i] to be "rogue." I'm not completely against that idea, though. I'd need to see how exactly it would be implemented.
