Well yeah he can still own stocks if he didnt work there. That's like me buying 51% of there sticks I'd own the company

  • Try and buy Bungie stock and see why that statement is wrong. Can't buy stock in companies that aren't publicly traded.

  • Yeah you can. However you're granted the stock, through employment agreements or other relationships, they can revoke the grant for whatever reason they want. With or without cause termination, vesting periods, etc. don't even have to buy them out. Guess the arbitrator determined this revocation didn't fit the agreement.
