My light never goes out @_@ Have to keep the Darkness at bay.

Oh you know, the usual. Festering anxieties that keep me up late enough to be early. Troubling nightmares that hinge on the topics of success and failure by societal standards and terms of my own happiness. Trying to rationalize a crippling college debt that ultimately makes no sense why we would hamstring freshly educated people before they enter the work force, dooming many of them to a life full of debt and harassment. Not to mention the deeper concern for human kind; sincerely wishing for the betterment and scientific progress of our species yet left scathing and loathing politicians and special interest groups that spread either their intolerance towards their fellow man or further progress the wealth disparity for the sake of their own greed all while smiling and lying that it is for our own good. All while loathing my own powerlessness as I'm forced to accept the fact that all men are not created equal as the social mobility that once existed is being very quickly crushed and rather than care about any of these issues the people seem to only care about whether or not it matters that their neighbors can have a same sex marriage despite the fact that it doesn't affect anyone or whether people can own firearms or whether or not they're the same political party regardless of whether or not either side even has the right of it anymore since they're so polar opposite. Those same people that recoil at the thought for having responsibility for themselves and caring at all about the impact we are currently having on our future. All this and more wearing on the spirit and smothering that inner faith in the future and progress of humanity; breaking my heart when I think about what kind of future my niece and nephew could possibly have with how many people would rather have us all rot for immediate desire rather than take any time at all to consider that which we leave the children. You know, the average night.

I've slept more, recently, than I have since before High School. Typically my body automatically wakes up after about 5.75 hours unless I go over a day without sleeping, then I usually crash for about 7. Last week I had one day where I slept 3 hours, was woken up and slept 3 hours after, since then my body's kinda gone into reset mode, now I seem to be sleeping an average 6.5 to 7.5 hours and am much less easily awoken before my body determines it's time to wake up. I don't really have what I would consider 'good' dreams, mostly unpleasant or just outright bizarre (in an unsettling way) and they tend to revolve around the various jobs I've worked and the relative hell they've put me through. So I guess mostly better than average but still ain't no walk in the park.

Not very well actually. I got a boo boo on my elbow yesterday when I wrecked my dirtbike and it wakes me up every time I rub it on something.

Sleeping great. Just finished the last of us remastered for first time ever. Seriously an amazing game. Working on Left Behind now and then playing through again ok Grounded.

I've had nightmares that Gamestop screwed up my pre-order and I won't get the Ghost Edition.
