For example, something that ruined CoD is drop shoting. Going prone should be COMPLETELY removed from the game because of it. How many of the great MLG players started out doing that? Too many to count

So remove human mechs from a human based game...right.
DS'ing is a tool just like QS'ing
Normally I would agree with you. I'm ok with QS because it's so limited to sniper rifles and there are so many ways to combat it. QS and DS have been around for about the same time. They limited QS by increasing the time it took to scope. They could easily increase the amount of time it would take to lay down. People managed without going prone in Halo for over a decade and no one complained, let alone how we will ALL Become Legend WITHOUT laying down to slaughter unsuspecting players. I guess my point is, there isn't a way to combat DS. It's not like everytime you come across another player up close you instantly look down.

You pre aim around corners and/or jumpshot

Yeah, but that's just hypocritical. If you're against drop shoting, jump shoting is just fighting fire with fire and defeating the purpose at what you do. Ya sure, odds are, you live. But you are stopping a (let's just say) "tactical" method with another one with makes that guy just as frustrated, essentially putting players in a mental loop of trying to beat that "stupid guys cheap move" Idk. Not trying to start a war or anything. I guess I'm not sure what the best way (for game devs and players) to go about "tactical" moves like those.

Both DS'ing and quick scoping are abusing game mechanics. Namely, aim assist. How is that a tool? How is that even skillful? It's not. That quick scoping is even a thing is completely laughable. It's a pretty damning indictment of "skilled" or "Pro" gaming when parts of the "tool box" are abusing aim assist.

well I'm not trynna argue so I'll let u hate the pro community
