Am I The Only One?
I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't mind everything Bungie has announced. No Split-screen, Fireteam sizes, the Crucible, and no private matches. Don't get me wrong, it's a pity we don't have Private matches or split-screen, but personally, I never expected there to be Private matches. Just kind of how I feel on the matters.

I don't mind about anything that bungie has announced, I'm not picky when it comes to any game.

I'm fine with everything. Honestly if Bungie just released the Beta as the full game, I'd still buy it at full price and play it until the game brakes.

I think people put waaaaay too much thought into some things and have to learn to just play the game and see how it is. I don't care about the 30 frames, no split screen, private matches etc I like Destiny and will play Destiny, PVP and PVE, simple as that. It won't be perfect, as nothing in life is, but I haven't found anything that is a deal breaker with Destiny. Some people on youtube actually said they won't buy Destiny (they haven't played Alpha or Beta) simple because it is 30 frames per second. Really? I think the problem is, now a days we are Mr and Mrs know it all and if something is not what we feel it should be, it is not good enough. Believe me, I've been around, just silent, forums, Communities etc from Steam, to Bungie and COD and the like. There will always be complainers, whiners, people that make too much of things, the trolls and the clueless. There is nothing thus far that bothers me. One thing I do have to say though, splitscreen, come on guys, it's 2014, your pals should have their own console by now. I feel some games shouldn't be splitscreen Multiplayer anymore.

4 RepliesEvery Halo has custom games and private matches, I think it would be safe to think Destiny would, that is the only thing I am really mad about. I use them to figure out maps before being thrown into PvP, I use them to mess around with friends playing fun games in Halo 3 like cops and robbers, racing games, fat boy, duck hunt Jenga, trash man on trash compactors, and ghostbusters being some great custom games that I played hours upon hours in. Lastly, how do I face friends for bragging rights in a one v one. This is highly disappointing especially after they announced no split screen, which I was mad about but let go. They want you to ply with friends, but only on other consoles and only with two others at a time unless it is PvP or a raid. I am disappointed in you Bungie, with one person only, no private matches, and announced DLC before the game is coming out, this is starting to become more and more like CoD and the reason I played your games is because they felt different, I am still buying your game, but if you continue all the shit you have pulled this year, in the future you are definitely losing a customer and long time fan, You should be ashamed in how you are handling this what was once great IP.

Only thing I'm starting to worry about is lack of city invironments. There were none in old russia or the moon. The trailer for Mars is really pointing towards that its just another big open area with a non playable city as the background. And from the little footage of venus its looking the same. I so hope im wrong we wont know tilk the game drops and god it can't come soon enough. Either way I'm gonna love this game!

2 RepliesId like to point out this isnt a big FPS game like halo or call of duty or battlefield its an mmorpg (massive multiplayer ROLE PLAYING GAME). no mmorpg that ive ever played or known of has split screen. and no free roam mmorpg has private matches.so i agree with u samuel i dont mind it because i didnt expect it in the first place. I love FPS and i love MMORPG's some things dont mix and i think destiny has gotten the mixture just perfect.

I'm fine with it. It is not our game. It is Bungie's game. It is their story to tell. They have put countless hours into it and have probably argued all these points ad nauseum (however that is spelled) and have determined for the story they want to tell this is the best way to do it. Does that mean every member of the community will be thrilled with that? Nope. But it really isn't their call. If they are really that bothered and want to show their displeasure they should vote the only way they get to, with their wallets. My guess, most of 'em will chose not to be that bothered because everything else is amazing. Heck, personally I'd prefer no PvP because I'm just not a fan, but hey, it is there so for those of you who do like it -- Game On. I'll be playing the other content I am thrilled to have.
