Vault Hunters

Bungie has been hyping this Vault of Glass alot. I think theres some influence going on Borderlands 2 characters: Axton (Commando) = titan defender My reasons are that in bl2 his turret provided cover and when upgraded could have a shield. While the titan defender doesnt have a turret, he has a sheild, which provides cover Salvador (Gunzerker) = titan striker My reasons are that salvador is an up in your face type of character, so is the striker. If upgraded, Salvador can punch enemies, so can the striker Zero (Assassin) = hunter bladedancer My reasons are that Zero can cloak and he uses a blade well. Zero also has many sniper boosts. The hunter is associated with sniping, and a blade dancer uses a blade well and can cloak. They are pretty much the same Maya (Siren) =female warlock (closest to awoken) My reasons are that she weilds magic that others cant use. Their melees are also quite similar. Maya is a support class in some ways. Sunsinger is a support in some ways too. They both can buff those around them in a variety of ways (P.S she was my fav character) Lastly, in borderlands 2, the main objective was clearing the Vault and defeating the last boss (Warrior). In Destiny, the VAULT of Glass is supposedly the hardest thing, so many people will have it as their objective to clear it and kill the final boss. Are gaurdians really vault hunters of the past? (I say past because im pretty sure the events of Borderlands are set after the events of Destiny)
