Here's the thing though: The Golden Gun doesn't actually have a huge amount of time before it expires. And if you try summoning it in the middle of a firefight with no cover, you're SOL, unlike the Titan which is almost instantaneous with it's super, meaning if you're close enough and activate it, you're alive...unless you miss or forget the guy in the back or something. The Warlock's super can be terrific in certain circumstances, but, as you said, it rarely happens. That said, it does happen. The nerf idea wouldn't be too bad, but as many others said, it's basically just turning it into a sniper rifle without a scope. That, and the fact that a skilled player is now pretty much guaranteed four kills instead of just three if they use it correctly.
