I don't think not getting a replica of a Ghost is reason enough to not buy a game you were excited for.
It's been a long time since the Ghost edition went up for preorder, and Bungie/Activision wanted the limited editions to be exactly that - limited!
It's bad luck you didn't preorder the Ghost Edition in time, but it would detract from the limited part of it if more were released for everyone who wants them. A first come first served system is fair, and it's not Bungie's fault that some people buy them to extort fellow gamers out of money. I'm not a fan of that practise at all, but I can't think of anything that Bungie or Activision can actually do about it.
I hope you don't let something as trivial as an overpriced toy ruin your potential enjoyment of a game you wanted to play.
Hope to see you online! :)

In the end bungie has sold as much as it wanted. I'd rather it be rare and sold out and not have the edition sit on a flea market bargain bin because so many were mass produced.
