Of course they'll make more.. they'll just have different stickers.. why does anyone need this explained.
Answer me this: what will you get out of having a Ghost Edition besides bragging rights to people who wish you'd shut up? Or a few hundred bucks?
Or perhaps it's going to become a family heirloom.. which means you'll look after it your whole life and then some other bastard gets it anyway.

The most hilarious thing will be that when they do make more Ghosts, guys will make either Ghost Edition decals or masking sheets so you can buy one of the second round of Ghosts and turn it into a Ghost Edition one. I already know someone who plans to use his Ghost Edition to do this.. and it doesn't infringe copyright because it's like those guys who sell decal kits for model racing cars LOL
