The fact that raids [b]are[/b] restricted by no matchmaking makes them a much more prestigious event. This adds to Destiny as a game. We should be happy were paying $60 to experience such a multitude of game modes.

I agree 100%. The Devs are saying the raids require a certain level of commitment to complete the raids. If you are not committed to organizing a group, joining a clan, etc,. then you are committed enough to beat difficult a raid. The thing I find most amusing is the energy it takes to get on the forum to complain is the same amount of energy it takes to put together a group call for a raid.
