A lot of people on here have a strange perspective on Bungie....Bungie will not bend, they will not bow to the demands of the people to put MM into the game, but if they do decide to put MM into the game it is a fact they will eventually nerf the content, they wont have the backbone to say no to the masses. I like the idea of MM. I am kind of a loner when it comes to gaming online. I either like to play FPS on a splitscreen or by myself, not with people I have never met. I can understand the fear of them nerfing the content....but this is a shared world shooter, not a MMO. It is on a console, not on the PC, we have no idea if Bungie will be actively buffing or nerfing the game content when it is released. My bet is that they would not change the difficulty. Bungie is a company that has a lot of self confidence, a company that knows fans will love their game even if it is really really ridiculously hard. They want as many people as possible to enjoy their content, but this is a company that knows certain parts of a game will be hard, that a lot of people will be complaining about how hard it is to complete, and they will not change it for those who complain. Just my feelings on Bungie as a company in general. If they want it to be hard, if they want to make it next to impossible, they will do it, and they will not change their minds.....or they will wait until the second Destiny.

  • Raids on MM have 0% chance of succes. It whould be utterly stupid to put them avaiable by MM and leave the difficulty intact And get over it, raids in destiny are inspired by MMO raids that's why so many can't get how useless MM is for raids. They think at them as just one more shitty fps lvl with enemies with more hp and dmg but that is not challenging, it's just lazy and unfair. That kind of difficult require talent with shooters that many don't have and some have too much Raids need TRAINING AS TEAM. New thing for fps and utterly useless to access by MM

  • I think we will have to agree to disagree. I happen to believe that the chances would be somewhat higher than 0%....say 25%-50% in a MM setting. You seem to think I have something to get over....I will enjoy this game whether I decide to do a raid or decide to not do a raid. I just think it is kind of elitist of everyone to want to restrict the raids to people that have endless hours to play. I have a full time job, a wife that does NOT like video games, I am lucky she keeps letting me buy them, I don't have time to "Train". I have time to jump on with a random set of people and try to throw together some sort of team that might complete the raid once...those that want MM just want to participate without getting sucked into hours and hours of extra "TRAINING"....and I don't think that Raids are just another level, that is why it would be fun to experience it. Like I said, I don't care one way or the other, I will enjoy this game.

  • 25% do winning in MM means that raids are a failure and the game's PvE will die out since it's impossible to keep dedicated PvE players interested with no challenge. But jet, who cares about the game, casuals that have alredy tons of things to do will be able to complete it, let the game die after that, who cares

  • The raid itself takes hours to complete. And training is required because you don't know what to do without it. There are no instructions or waypoints. It drops you off and you have to get somewhere via some path killing bosses x y and z along the way. Plus the enemies begin at level 25. Without completing a large amount of content you won't make it past the trash mobs. There are strikes that are difficult. If you want to see what a raid is like wait for someone to finish one and watch it on YouTube. Then decide if you want to put in the work required to attempt one.
