How the hell is putting in matchmaking giving it to us on a silver platter? Honestly? I just dont want to waste time and effort getting five other people to get on at the same time for 3+ hours at a time. I just want to play the damn thing and to go through all that just to play is stupid.

Put in the work = gain the rewards. Half of raiding in any game is finding a group. If people dont like what bungie is doing, to bad. First off, it is their vision. They took on Luke Smith ages ago to lead the raiding team for a reason. If you dont know who he is, you may want to do a bit of reading. Second, how hard is it to make five friends? You cant just say "hi. Im looking for more friends to raid with". Third, why dont we let this play out a bit before we get on the ohnoes bandwagon...
