Well i dont know how the mechanics work for creating your own weapon but i really dont like the pulse rifles ive come in contact with in destiny so far they have no center speed, horrible recoil it feels like they wrote the code to fire 3 semi-auto shots, and not really that good damage id do better off burst firing an auto weapon. Basically what im saying is if possible id make a regular burst rifle the way its supposed to be good accuracy, good damage, good rate of fire, small burst delay for center speed. And i would call it nothing special
