What happened to seven seraphs and osirus? Were they intentionally taken out of the beta or were they both just rumored factions and they dont actually exist?

I'm all about Dead Orbit because of the great background, and because I'm gonna be an Awoken ._. I would however change depending on theirs, though I doubt its gonna be more interesting imo.

I'm fairly certain that the areas of the Tower where the reps of those factions reside was not available during the Beta.
