Does anyone know if Xbox One and Xbox 360 players will be able to play together for the final game? I would love to play Raid and other gametypes with my brother and friends on Xbox 360 (I play on the Xbox One). I thought they would allow cross platform play within the Xbox Community, but that was not the case for the Beta. Thanks!
*I forgot to mention that I wanted this because my brother plays on the Xbox 360 and I play on the Xbox One. Sorry for the confusion!!
UPDATE: Hopefully Bungie reconsiders!! Now the only way I could play with my brother and friends on the Xbox 360 is if we get a second Xbox 360 or Xbox One console for my household because there is also no splitscreen :/

Edited by Futilelyte: 8/1/2014 5:14:15 PMThe issue is people want higher FPS for the next gen consoles. The point of buying the next generation console is to get next generation games. Which means Bungie must deliver a higher end preforming version of Destiny that it cannot give to the old generations. If cross platforming was to be supported, both games would have to be identical preforance wise. Meaning graphics, FPS, and a whole bunch of other stuff would have to be basically nerfed for the next gen. Destiny already made a huge leap in supporting xbox and playstation servers in unison. Is that not enough?
