Nope, these classes were made to fill character archetypes, to give variety to the game and choices to the players. This idea breaks down those archetypes into a single class that everyone will ultimately become, killing variety. While an interesting idea, I have to say no.

I don't really know about merging classes, but there was speculation on a fourth class. Would be interesting if a fourth distinct class unlocked after leveling up all three of the current classes to 20.

I disagree completely. Horrible idea. At this phase of development, feedback is for much smaller, last minute tweaks to the game. Your idea would raise soooo many problems in balancing, and thousands of work hours to make a reality.

If not that than maybe add additional classes that are a bit of both. I'd love my hunter to have blink.

This would take up too much time and money for the devs.
