That's what the special orders kiosk is. You can "gift" items to other peeps

Has that been confirmed? Do you have a link to it? I took the SO kiosk for a place to pick up dlc you bought or something to that effect.

It was in an IGN video where bungie gave a tour of the tower during the beta.
