What is some of the worst mistakes you made in the Crucible?
Mine was: I would throw my grenade in a panic within a closed area resulting in my own death. Lol I did it multiple times. The other is I would have my Super ready to go on my Warlock and I would waste it by panicking and only take out one enemy or blow it by jumping and hitting the overpass of a cave or what not.

1 ReplyMy biggest mistake was using the hunter wrong. I tried to use him like a titan should be used at first.. Then once I realizes I was being a dumbass, I changed my gameplay to suit the strengths of a hunter. I did much better after that

12 RepliesI made the mistake of thinking that Control was a typical Domination type game... The control points don't actually increase your score over time. They are just multipliers for kill scores. Once I realized that, I started doing much better.

2 RepliesHalf of my deaths where because I misjudged a jump and plummeted to my death. That, and thinking it would be acceptable to use any weapon that isn't an assault or scout rifle. Everything else is basically a straight downgrade in terms of primaries.

Using a rocket launcher in close quarters thinking I could noob kill three people at once and got banged up my ass so hard, I lost connection. :'[ It'll haunt me forever.

I tried nailing a guy with Fist of Havoc from the roof of a building. Jumped a football field over his head.

1 ReplyForgetting you need to reload after you die. Sucks when you sneak up on someone, fire one shot and have to reload. Or jumping into a mob of enemy thinking the titan special was full and mashing the button with nothing happening as they all turn to look at you.

Fist of havoc in Venus fell off the ledge on B flag . Power Bomb into the water with rage caused a massive tsunami .

Needless to say I've been used to pressing the right bumper to melee, so in the crucible I constantly found myself running up to people pressing right bumper instead of using the right stick to melee.
