That is bull crap. Some moron actually reported you for having that in your bio? wtf?! And whats worse is that they actually banned you for it... Dose that sorta thing happen on Xbox live a lot? or is it just sometimes? because I have a friend that plays xbl a lot and he says that almost every little kid he plays with in COD gets him banned because they report him as a hacker and he isn't, hes just one of those BA people...

It doesn't happen as much as you'd think. That was my first time being banned in about two and a half years of having XBL. "It's all shits and giggles until someone giggles and shits" was what was exactly in my bio. A lot of people just go through and report people because they mad over losing. I have a feeling I had several people report me though.
