Might I suggest we all look into the possibilities of cryopreservation? There are no withdrawals, no uncontrollable waves of emotions, no staring at your screen longing to see the Traveler one last time.
Just think...you'll be asleep, perfectly preserved the way you are today and then a quick defrost and you're back to playing Destiny. I'll get on board with that!

This is a wish of mine every single moment since my screen said beta mission accomplished see you in september... i asked my family how they felt about medically induced comas, only until 9/8/14 of course, but their looks of shock and disgust along with a continuing silent treatment (plus the fact a family member of ours actually needed one to recover from a brain injury) told me they wouldnt support even the thought of it in any way. I tried to explain how I NEED to fulfill my 'destiny' but unless youve been to the tower and back no one can truly begin to understand what were feeling right now..... I literally was living the beta across all 4 platforms (yes i have all 4) sometimes playing 2+ consoles simultaneously. Now i just have them on with the ever more depressing yet nostalgic screen reminding me i have 5 weeks of torture ahead... ahhhhh what are we gonna do?? Suggestions?? And " get over it" or "deal with it" or even "its just a game" dont count. ITS NOT JUST A GAME this is our destiny!!!!!!

They just don't understand. They have obviously never felt the feels of the beta or basked in the glow of the light of the Traveler. Might I suggest you turning on the YouTube app on one of your systems, put that baby on fullscreen and have some Destiny clips playing on a constant loop. Do not power off your console or shut of your TV until September 9th.
