I agree with all of this, but here are a few things: 1) weather is already a thing. It sucks you haven't run into it yet :( 2) this is essentially the full build of the game, they're just working out bugs. It would be really unlikely for them to add anything big like that. But they have a couple months, so we can hope they do! 3) the caravan idea sounds spectacular and I really want that to happen. Like the traveling merchants in fallout and skyrim, but they could offer special missions too.
