Same boat. Can't log in whatsoever. Pretty lame we don't even get a response... I doubt we'll be able to get the secret item either. Making me rethink how much I want the game if I get hit by a game breaking glitch and the supposedly promised fix isn't even mentioned in 2 days with a sorry, we can't fix...)
