He did not just admit to no transfer in that quote all he said was that this second and third session of the iron banner are not the PROMISED permanent rewards. Bungie did say multiple times that they had secret rewards coming and the iron banner was one of them. Now im not saying that anything will transfer over but it was not confirmed in that post by what he said.

Im playing on 360 so I did not get to participate in the first iron banner so that is what I heard. All im saying is he did not just say no transferring but that doesn't mean that there will be.
