I completely agree about the lifeless world. It's the same problem I have in most MMO's. ESO, SWTOR, etc.. They have this huge detailed environment, but theres nothing to do in it. There is nothing to explore. They need to take a look at some games who have excelled at making the environments fun. Take a look at Skyrim's open world. much more immersive. Bungie needs to add some elements to the worlds for sure.
