Precision Kills?
After doing some brief poking around the Web, I'm having a hard time finding out what exactly constitutes a precision kill. Is it just another term for a headshot? Or does it mean that you keep all your bullets on target for an enemy that you kill? Or is it something else?

Hitting a critical zone and getting the kill. Be it headshots or walker legs.

Keep in mind that headshots were all well and good for the Fallen and Hive from the beta, but the term "precision kills" is used because most Vex and I'm sure many Cabal will not receive critical damage from headshots. To my understanding, the Vex have a more mid-body power core and certain Cabal have weak points on their backs that will count for precision kills.

Headshots, but if your class is a Hunter then it's headshots and throwing knives

Have not played the beta yet so my guess could be completely wrong, but IF (and that's a big IF) it's anything like halo, precision kills were done by DMR, BR, pistol and the like, basically anything that wasn't fully automatic
