Why Do Some People "Glow" in the Crucible?
Quick question I hope someone can answer. I noticed when playing in the Crucible that some people have a blue glowing halo above them or around their helmets. Is this an additional shield or is it something else? Just wondering if I should avoid enemies when they have this.

2 RepliesIts a perk when you level your abilities. On my warlock for example when I kill someone with my melee I get both a grenade regen boost and a speed boost for a limited time. That blue glow means they have a speed boost.
