I don't mind the fireteam cap being 3 but it sucks when you have a lot of friends that want to play together. I think they should make it so a fireteam can create an alliance with up to two more fireteams so you can work together and communicate with a larger group. It would allow more team work, strategy, and they could scale the difficulty for much more challenging scenarios.
