As a long time FPS and Halo player there's a few improvements I really would like to see. Firstly and most importantly let us have an option to turn the horrid auto aim off! Secondly the field of view seems way to narrow, it should be a bit wider but I doubt this can be changed this far along. As for the PVP is concerned it's kinda of really not balanced well. Especially on the moon the turrets and vehicles are still OP. And if the beta loot system is how the final is going to be it's not very convincing. Loot just seems so few and far apart. Loot chest while hard to find usually contain just small amounts of glimmer. There's just little incentive to rerun strikes or missions. And lastly the Tower which is a central hub which is designed to bring people together really is just a mirage. You can't communicate with anyone but people in your fire squad. You can't trade items. So what is the point of having this place where large groups of players are present?
