Deej has it been decided what time the Beta will start again on 23rd July? Also is there a specified time limit regarding the special rewards etc on 26th July?

It is confirmed, the Beta starts back up tomorrow (the 23rd). And yes, on July 26th, log in between 2:00 p.m. PST and the close of the Beta to get your special emblem. It seems there will be more than the emblem on this date, but we don't yet know a thing about it.

You mean the 23rd, correct? I believe it's 10:00 a.m. PST, the same time it started on the 17th.
