The 30fps is what bothers me the most. All this for older consoles!!! We bought Ps4 and Xbone to get the amazing 60fps...or am I wrong? Other than that the game looks very pretty. Just my opinion.

They wanted to get as many people playing as they could. That is a marketing ploy. The next game will be current-gen, and people who played on last gen can port their old characters from the old systems to the new. Thus the maximize fan base and ensure the success of the next game.
