I work from 2:15 to 10:15 ET on the 26th, will the Beta still be up by then so I can claim those rewards?

Pretty sure you're mistaken and it ends after 26th

The Beta goes through 11:59pm on the 27th, which is almost the 28th. Hopefully they will do what they did with the Alpha and extend it for a couple of days.
