So, on Wednesday when it's back up, will it start at 12am Pacific time or 10am Pacific time?

10am prolly, but only the PlayStation players will be playing before 12am, and some XBoxers will still be downloading at 10pm.

except that most people have over 10 mgs download speed in which case itll only take less than an hour for most and only 15 min for me and some others. :)
