It's ok everyone saying they can't please everyone and these events are been launched to suit the US mainly, this said event is the one which players are awarded the emblem that carries over to full release, and possibly other things, I know for certain if this is an event that's only gonna last a few hours thousands of people will be extremely pissed off, I mean I played Alpha and Beta if I miss out on things that's will carry over to full release because I was working and Bungie couldn't allow time for everyone to claim it..
