You have a fair point however the beta was teased as a sample of the final game and the sample so far has been bad (put in my napkin and thrown under the table). Why would they restrict the AI, NPCs to the level they are now for the beta? it makes little sense. Also the side missions (the main ones aren't terrible, they just aren't terribly good) are just boring, they feel tacked on. I hope the final build is better but they haven't given me a reason to think so.
