There is an issue on HTC One models (verified on HTC One X and HTC One SV) where sign-in isn't possible for the Mobile App.
Attached picture shows the problem through screens.
Instead of the sign-in, the akward 404 screen pops.
It has been tested on 2 in depended devices in two countries. Both devices are 100% updated to latest firmware.
Other Android devices does not have the same problem (I successfully signed-in on my Android tablet, for instance).
Thank you in advance for looking into this issue.

Hey just thought I'd stop in and say that my companion app had been running completely fine with no issues. I'm on HTC One M8. If that helps.

1 ReplyHi sagitarius, I had also reported similar problems on this forum (see included url) and some others had also already answered and indeed "HTC One" as a device seems to be the common denominator. A Bungie employee (SaintD) has requested some more information on my thread and I have taken the liberty to also add a link to this page. Let's hope Bungie can find the root cause of this so we can start following our guardians more closely in the near future right? :)
