Titan's super ability
Can the Titan's super ability be used on a boss? If it can it's definitely my favorite class.

It's not ideal to use it on bosses. They typically have ways for punishing people who move to melee range.

Why would you use it on the boss. Use it to kill the mobs going after your team. -Tank Tank Tank- that way the hunter and warlock can use their supers, which are more befitting to cause boss damage.

It can but going into melee range with most bosses isn't a great idea.

Each class has one super ability for each subclass

I have used it and it worked on Septiks and the tanks

You can but most true bosses will punish you for it like on the Devils Lair strike. It's best to use it on crowds.

1 ReplyActually every class ability is generally better to use on crowds with the exception of the hunter who can put a couple good shots in with the golden gun. The warlocks and titans do damage to the boss but not enough to do real critical damage. I use my warlocks super on bosses just for an extra attack but sometimes I hold off and just save it for a group to get ammo and get them out if my hair

It won't one shot them, but you can weaken or finish them off. Just be ready to RUN.

3 RepliesEdited by SaferMurderweapon: 7/21/2014 7:18:31 PMI wouldn't recommend it since it puts you right up close in the enemy's face which is the last place you want to be in PvE. However, if you can pull it off at the right time from the right angle, you'll mitigate the risk of getting pummeled into the ground. Fun fact: Supers generate orbs of light your teammates can pick up to charge their own supers when you kill enemies with your own. You shouldn't really use it on a boss and just let your gun do the talking unless he's down to that last sliver of health and you want to just burn him down and look like a badass while doing it. Otherwise, save them for chaining supers. You save ammo and there's less risk when fighting mobs than fighting them without supers.

Titans super is best used for crowd control, let the warlock/hunters super do the talking with the boss.

Dude, titan gets a charge attack ability. So dope Gonna have all 3 classes but not sure if I'll favor my warlock or titan more. . Sorta psyched for blink xD

I have used it on a Devil Walker and done some damage. But its not the same as doing damage to the Devil Walker with Golden Gun or the Nova Bomb.

3 of us hammered 1of the public evens on the alpha,we duel hit that beast with a double titan super,it damaged it,but didn't take it out :)
