Is Soul Calibur V the best Soul Calibur yet?

Soul Calibur V...was so disappointing for a returning player. Characters were missing,No good extra modes, They REMOVED moves from characters. The only plus was the character creation....which nickel and dime'd you with DLC.

Imo, yes, but that isn't saying much for Soulcal nowadays... The game is by no means perfect, but it's definitely my favorite in the series.
