Watched it a couple times and read his comments. He's not sure yet but says he's going to update when possible. "Update: The Vanguard Armory is a pre-order bonus to those ordering on Amazon and Gamestop. The Bungie website also says that all pre-orders will get the Vanguard Armory bonus. I am under the assumption that all pre-orders will get the bonus, but will update if I learn more."
