Just as the title says, how much of the game do you think we saw in the alpha? I've heard rumors of "just under 10%" floating around after it was stated in a video by MoreConsole. The alpha blew me away, but I was kinda hoping it was a small fraction of the game. Even if that was 10%, the game will be enormous, but how much content do you think we'll really be able to explore and beat in the full game?

Some where around .5% and 1% lol

1 ReplyI have no doubt that the game will be huge and offer lots of content. I'm just wondering how many planets there'll be?

3 RepliesThe "less than 10%" was a tweet by a Bungie employee. I would say the alpha had 7% of the full game.

6 RepliesLike 2% literally.

Edited by Caramel: 6/18/2014 12:03:35 AMWe were not given 10% of the game. We were given 10% of Old Russia, maybe.

They only give you the smallest sample of the game possible. So probs like 0.5 lol

Well, we explored not even a full size of one area of six on one planet of 5+. So I guess you can see we hardly scratched the surface. My guess content wise is about 5%, with the amount of armour and weapons we didn't have access to on top of that.

1 ReplyConsidering in the alpha we had access to about 4 areas only on Earth which includes more then just those 4. I'd say it's true about the 10 percent. As it was, I was entertained for almost 20 hours of game time and still kept finding things.

2 Replies>believing MoreConsole All he does is speculate and say stuff that isn't true, yet he says it as fact

Old Russia, 2 MP maps, and the tower.

Yeah I saw MoreConsole say less than 10% and I tend to believe him.
