Destinys's Player Limit
How many players are able to be in a Open world session in Destiny?

3 player max for coop. 6 max for raids and multiplayer is still unknown but probably at most a disappointing last gen 8v8 max

hard to say, consider the plan to mix instanced areas with pockets of public areas, I imagen your typical mmo server size, so several thousands.
