Because you are forced to learn the game before you go to PvP, the people who usually hop straight to PvP without knowing anything will not be able to go to PvP without learning the game first. This eliminates people that have no clue what to do or people that are not at all serious about the game to make it pass the initial requirements to play PvP. Mostly players with at least a little knowledge of skill will be playing destiny and I think that's a bonus.

1 ReplyI agree but I also think there is enough PvE to where I'm not going to be in a huge rush to get into the PvP aspect of the game. Don't get me wrong it sounds awesome and very different from other cookie cutter PvP's it's just that there will be so much to do that I'm not in a big rush for it

I couldn't agree with this any more. I'm a story kinda guy multiplayer is a added bonus but I love that they made it a seem less tie with the factions

It's a good thing you have to unlock it. I read an article about it. After you unlock it, all your characters unlock it at the same time regardless of level. So if someone had the bright idea of jumping into PvP at level 3 because his other character already unlocked it, He could...by then he knows what to expect.....for the enemy team to mop the floor with him. Beating someone with a handicap can be rewarding..but sometimes...it's really not worth it.

It's only a couple hours gameplay to unlock. There'll be plenty of noobs. They might be easy kills if they just concentrate on PvP.

I mean, I'd like to play PvP right off the bat, but the case of not having a heavy is difficult.

2 RepliesThere still be some noobs...very few though and yea I agree I dont wanna get killed by some one who barely played and i'm the one with the super

Yeah, but there is more in PvE then...
