Ladies.. Is the term "chick" offensive?
I use the term constantly, but today a friend's new girlfriend got a little pissed when she heard it.
I certainly don't want to offend, so I come to you. Am I a sexist pig?

Sounds like she's uptight. It's no different than calling a guy "dude" and you don't see men throwing fits about it. If you do please advise them to trade in their D-Card for a V-Card.
