The Valar before being bound to Arda would kick the shit out of the TES gods.
That's without involving Eru.
Just including worldly races, LotR would reck TES so hard it would be genocide.
Noldor > Figgit Altmer
Inb4 Feanor.

Edited by Elrond Hubbard: 5/19/2014 5:39:55 PMThe Daedric Princes and the Eight Divines before the creation of Mundus would like to have a word with you. But if we're talking wordly races, ES might only really need an army of the Nerevarine, the Champion of Cyrodiil/Sheogorath, and the Dragonborn, all spamming Conjuration. Lore-wise, Conjuration is theoretically limitless. Summon the largest army ever known consisting of Golden Saints, Dremora Lords, Daedra, and then Xivilai who would also summon an army of Clannfear. Even if the LOTR armies beat these guys, they're essentially immortal so they can just be summoned again. With armor that's more than 100% invisible that completely negates and reflects physical and magical damage and reduces spell-costs entirely, the ES heroes could keep this up forever, or at least the Nerevarine and CoC, who are immortal. The Dragonborn at his prime (which does not occur within the storyline of Skyrim) could create earthquakes with his/her regular speaking voice. Combine that with levitation and teleportation spells, and they're virtually untouchable. But with their damage-reflecting armor, attacking them would literally be suicide, anyway.

y u make me think?
Balls. Where's Feanor when you need him... >.>
I will say, Elves, while a killable worldly race, can be reincarnated. And other LotR worldy creatures would be the likes of Dragons and Balrogs. Both sides have insanely powerful creatures and beings. Conjuration being limitless... Well, if we're going down that route, spells would need concentration to cast and I think a horizon full of firey shadows might make a few people lose that... I will say, that's an excellent arguement. Ethereal beings aside, it would be a close fight. And Ungoliant might like the light made by conjuring Daedric beings.

And don't forget about when the magica bars periodically run out.

Edited by Elrond Hubbard: 5/19/2014 5:49:50 PMDon't forget, you guys have Legolas. ^.^ I agree, it would be a close fight.
Realistically, summoning an army that size would be outrageously straining on the mind, seeing as they would be connecting telepathically to thousands, if not millions of beings all at once. The ES heroes would have driven themselves insane before it's over.
Edited by Elrond Hubbard: 5/19/2014 7:51:40 PMExcept for CoC/Sheogorath, because he's already insane. :D

Edited by Byrne: 5/19/2014 6:41:43 PMXD True.

Once he gets a shield and a slope, it's game over. GG Nerevarine, Sheogorath, Dovahkiin.
