I find it a bit more realistic. Bullet spread would happen at a higher rate of fire.

Actually I now understand how bloom should have been. What one of yous said down below or something, the mechanics of bloom and how it should have been.

Now, maybe I'm seeing this because I'm shooting at 2 bullets a burst when I test (rate-of-fire being too fast for just 1), and when I do that, it looks like spread instead of Bloom. I don't think it's Bloom.
