I find it a bit more realistic. Bullet spread would happen at a higher rate of fire.

Actually I now understand how bloom should have been. What one of yous said down below or something, the mechanics of bloom and how it should have been.
Guys, really? This thread is way too serious... Like, stop commenting... D:

I completely missed, but bloom gave me the kill.
I saw that the enemy was just barely in the reticule when you fired the killing shot. Due to the hitbox, it scored for you. This is not only a case of Bloom, but also Bullet Magnetism. Nevertheless, not once did I say that the Bloom that was in Vanilla Reach okay. I even said (in this very thread, no less) that it was implemented incorrectly. If it was implemented correctly, it would work. You misunderstood my argument.
Even if it was changed, it still lowers the skill gap. The fastest shot with the best aim while firing faster is Halo. This is how it's always been. Edit - it's not hitbox issue. I got lucky because of bloom. If that was to have been on a static reticule, I would have missed. Plain and simple. Bloom allowed me to get lucky, and get the kill.
