I was sat in a lesson when this girl I've been seeing's friends called me on her phone and left a voicemail. They pretended to be her and essentially said they (she) wanted to be with me and that we should make it official, and to call her back.
Now, there are two (or more) possibilities here:
1. I'm having the piss taken out of me, and I'm just going to break contact.
2. She's been talking about me to her friends and it's, for some reason, led to the call.
If it's 1, which it probably is, it's easy enough to break contact. I'm away for a good while and won't be seeing her again for a few weeks.
If it's 2, I've not got a clue what to do.
Should I call up later today and joke that her friends need to work on their impressions of her? Leave it and see if she texts/calls later? Text her myself? What?
I mean, I like her, that much is simple, but she's been really tough to read and has cancelled twice on me the day before and on the day of agreeing to meet, but still appears to want to meet. Both times have had seemingly reasonable excuses, I can't tell if she's just not comfortable enough to say she's not interested, or if she really has been busy.
I dunno Flood, what do?

This thread reminds of the REO Speedwagon song where it says something like "I can't fight this feeling anymore. And yet I'm still afraid to let it show etc..." Such a good song. Makes me wish I had someone like that.
